Karen Malone is the Founder and Executive Director of Rehab Your Life, Inc. a non-profit organization that provides rehabilitation counseling, workshops and online training for women with medical conditions. She is a Counselor, Author and Speaker who has survived cancer 4 times and a survivor of COVID-19. She hosts a weekly podcast called "Rehab Your Life" where she highlights those who have overcome and encourages others to do the same. She has an awesome family and support system. She is the mother of 4 and grandmother of 2. She's got plenty to live for and she thanks God everyday for the opportunity to have just one more day.

tierashia adair
Tierashia (Tur-raw-sha) Adair is a Texas, Waller County native who graduated from Prairie View A & M University with an undergraduate degree in Drama and a minor in Business Administration. She also obtained two master degrees in Curriculum and Instruction in Reading and Special Education. She is a wife of 18 years and a mother of three. She served as an elementary educator for over 14 years in Hempstead ISD. She also currently serves as a substitute teacher in Waller ISD when she is available.
Furthermore, she is the founder and CEO of AMOL: A Message of Love, Inc. is a nonprofit organization for girls and families whose mission is to invest in the WHOLE person: spiritual, social, emotional, physical and intellectual. In 2018, she launched her for-profit business, T. Adair Enterprises, LLC, which is a project-based business that focuses on “building the city by building the people”.
She has a great heart for children, families, broken people and for missions. She is a creative person who loves all forms of art, enjoys reading and travelling. Her desire is to fulfill her God-given purpose and be a blessing to as many people as she can, for as long as she can, wherever she can.

voyd E. bailey-burks
Voyd Bailey-Burks is the CEO of Righteous Resources Consulting & Coaching, LLC and Righteous Words Publishing and she is a graduate of Ohio University.
As a business consultant, she utilizes her skills acquired from corporate America as resources to provide her client with strategies and systems to start, upgrade and scale their businesses.
Voyd has been married to her best friend Kenneth for 26 years. She has 2 adult children, a daughter-in-love and 3 grandchildren. Together they founded Kingdom Marriage Partnership where they work with married couples and families through transition.
